30th Annual Harvest FairLooking for antiques, collectibles or craft items? Visit Holliston Historical Society’s 30th Annual Harvest Fair on Sunday, September 19 (rain date September 26) from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at 547 Washington Street. Face painting, pony rides (11 am–1 pm) and a portrait artist will also be featured. The silent auction, apple pies and lunch, bake sale and snack treats have become a tradition at this event. Open house at the Asa Whiting House is from noon to 3 pm. Admission is free.
In celebration of Holliston Historical Society’s 100th anniversary, the Asa Whiting House (the house is 200 years old this year) will have displays of items in the Society’s collections in the meeting room, dining room and parlor. Old newspapers and maps will be on display in the library, and guides will be on hand to answer questions.
