Newcomers Host Annual Activities Fair

The Holliston Newcomers Club is hosting the annual Activities Fair to invite potential and existing members to get into the swing with the Club this fall.

The Activities Fair will be held on Sunday, September 12th, at the Holliston Historical Society Barn (547 Washington Street) from 2 to 5 pm.  This is a free event for all current members and anyone who would like to join or learn more about the Newcomers Club.

The fair will showcase all of the social and civic activities that the Newcomers have planned for the 2010 - 2011 season.  It will be a great chance to sign up for new activities, to learn more about the Newcomers, to join or renew your membership, and to see plenty of familiar faces. 

Attendees will automatically be entered in drawings to win $50 gift certificates to Sherborn Day Spa, Stone’s Public House and Prezo Grille & Bar.  Those who sign up for a Craft Fair shift will be entered in a separate drawing for a Barnes & Noble Nook.

There will be plenty of refreshments, face painting, and a bouncy house, so bring the whole family for a fun day! 

The Holliston Newcomers Club (www.hollistonnewcomers.org) is a nonprofit organization that coordinates charitable, civic, educational and recreational events and activities in the town of Holliston.  The organization’s goal is to encourage association among community members and foster community spirit.  Membership is open to both residents and non-residents of Holliston.
