The Friends of the Holliston Public Library are sponsoring a
t-shirt design contest for all ages. The
winners will see their design made into shirts the Friends will sell as a
fundraiser to benefit the library. They
will also win prizes—movies passes, ITunes gift cards and Fiske’s gift
certificates. All entries must be
submitted to the library by August 31 along with the artist’s name and age,
email address and phone or a parent’s in the case of a person under 18. Entries must be done using black ink,
charcoal or pencil on 8” X 11” paper.
Runners up and winners will display their designs in the meeting room at
the library in the fall. The theme of
the contest is what being a friend to the library means to you. Winners will be chosen in three age
catagories: age 8 and under; ages 9-12; and ages 13 and up. For more information on the contest visit www.hollistonlibrary or call the
