Warm Up With an Easy 5 Hour Stew
5 Hour Stew
Delicious and easy! Keeps well in the refrigerator. Double it up to keep you warm longer.
3 Tbs. Instant Tapioca
1 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. salt
2 lbs stew meat (not browned)
2/3 cup or a little more cold water
1 Tbs. Kitchen Bouquet (browning and seasoning sauce)
Vegetables - chunked carrots, onions, celery, potatoes, any amount desired
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Mix all ingredients together well in a large Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 5 hours. DO NOT OPEN the oven til done. Enjoy!
