Holliston Pantry Shelf Summer Update

Holliston Pantry Shelf President, Carl Damigella, Vice-President, John Alexander and Treasurer, Dave O'Neill accept a check for $951 from Holliston High School student, Sam Scott. Sam and another student, Sara Tajik, organized a 5-mile Walkathon on May 6 to benefit the Pantry.

Don’t forget the Holliston Pantry Shelf during the summer months – here’s what’s going on down at the Pantry at 23 Water Street.

-Are you wondering what to do will the surplus of fruits and vegetables from your summer garden? Have you run out of recipes to use up your tomatoes, zucchini, squash and lettuce? Do you have more than your family can possibly eat? Then share it with the families using the Holliston Pantry Shelf. The Pantry now accepts donations of fresh produce. Please drop off while the Pantry is open Monday through Friday 10:00-2:00 and Wednesdays 4:00-7:30.

-The following items are always needed at the Pantry, but are particularly popular with our shoppers right now: Cans of ground coffee, paper goods and personal care items such as toothpaste, tooth brushes, hair care, soap, etc.
