Get a Whole Body Workout!Lisa's class incorporates cardio kickboxing routines as well as weighted muscle conditioning segments, and power yoga. All followed by an intense abdominal crunch workout. It is a full body workout for only $10 a class. Drop in and give it a try. Classes are held Tuesday mornings from 8 am - 9:15 am at Athletic Based Training, 53 Jeffrey Avenue.
